When ordering, please include the name of the product, the quantity of the ordered items with your name, address and contact number. Please specify the event, date and time, motif, name of couple or celebrant and the mode of payment to be made. A confirmation message will be sent to you regarding your purchase order.

• We will be requiring full payment 7 days before the date of the event for live butterfly orders.
• 50% down payment should be paid for souvenirs at least 2 weeks before the delivery. The remaining balance should be paid upon delivery or 3 days after the event at the utmost.
• Live butterflies will be delivered 1 day prior to the event accompanied by an instruction.
• Framed butterflies and souvenirs will be delivered 5 days before the event.
